Share Your Voice Survey and Drawing Official Rules

1. PRIZES: CU24 will be awarding seven prizes: two 16GB wireless Apple iPads®, and 2 cash prizes of $100 and $50 each. The total value of the prizes being awarded is approximately $1,150.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older. To be eligible, entrants must complete a survey, either online at www.CU24.com/CREDIT_UNION_24/SHARE_YOUR_VOICE/ or in person at the CUNA Government Affairs Conference (GAC) between March 18 and March 20, 2012. Only one entrant per person. A winner can only win one prize. Employees of Credit Union 24 and its board members are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER: After completing either the online or paper survey, entrants must include their name, company, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number on the specified form. By doing so, he or she will be entered into the drawing.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The drawings will take place at the CUNA Government Affairs Conference in Washington DC on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.  Entrants do not have to be present to win. All seven prizes will be awarded on this date.  If winners are not present at the conference on March 20, winners will be notified by phone and e-mail with instructions on how to claim their prize. Once the winners claim their prizes, they will be mailed to the address supplied.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the drawing, all entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules of CU24, which will be final and binding in all respects.
